0900 hrs at the end of Southard Street (Truman Waterfront); finals
will be held at 1400 hrs; have fun watching teams
of paddlers race traditional boats; enjoy good food, beverages and great
entertainment for the whole family.

0930 hrs; stand up on a paddleboard and race around the island (or)
