CANCELLATION POLICY

• If cancelled at least 14 days before scheduled arrival, then flat $25 fee.
• If cancelled fewer than 14 days, then forfeiture of first night's deposit.
• If period has minimum stay requirements, and cancelled fewer than 14 days,
  then cancellation fee equal to 2 nights.
